Cremation Pricing

The following is a list of cremation packages we offer at Sturtevant Funeral Home. You are in no way limited to these options. Choose between cremation packages or you may itemize services off the general price list.

Traditional Chapel Service Followed By Cremation

$4,270.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, embalming (a normal case), dressing, cosmetics and casketing of the deceased, facilities and staff for viewing (a formal set time for visitation is no additional cost, equipment and staff for a chapel ceremony, use of Event Center for a reception with our preferred licensed caterer at a discounted rate, transfer of the remains to the funeral home and the service car to the crematory, crematory fee and Medical Examiner’s authorization fee for cremation. Your choice of a cremation container for the remains to be placed in during the cremation process, which is required by state law, to be added.

Basic Cremation with a Chapel Memorial Service

$3,050.00 - $3,345.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, facilities and staff for a memorial service at the funeral home, use of Event Center for a reception with our preferred licensed caterer at a discounted rate, transfer of the remains to the funeral home and the service car to the crematory, crematory fee and Medical Examiner’s authorization fee. Your choice of a cremation container for the remains to be placed in during the cremation process, which is required by state law, to be added.

Basic Cremation with a Graveside Service

$3,095.00 - $3,345.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, staff and equipment for a graveside service, use of Event Center for a reception with our preferred licensed caterer at a discounted rate, transfer of the remains to the funeral home, service car to the crematory, service car for transfer of cremains to the cemetery, crematory fee and Medical Examiner’s authorization fee. Cemetery fees are additional. Grave equipment (tent, grass, chairs, etc.) are additional, unless provided by the cemetery. Your choice of a cremation container for the remains to be placed in during the cremation process, which is required by state law, to be added.

Basic Cremation with Visitation

$2,855.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, facilities and staff for the visitation at the funeral home, use of Event Center for a reception with our preferred licensed caterer at a discounted rate, transfer of the remains to the funeral home and the service car to the crematory, crematory fee and Medical Examiner’s authorization fee. Your choice of a cremation container for the remains to be placed in during the cremation process, which is required by state law, to be added.

Basic Cremation

$1,995.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, transfer of the remains to the funeral home, service car to the crematory, Medical Examiner authorization fee for cremation and the crematory fee. Your choice of a cremation container for the remains to be placed in during the cremation process, which is required by state law, to be added.
